By entering the Community, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with touring an active or undeveloped residential site.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Josh Mara Development LLC and its affiliates, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death arising from or related to site visits, tours, or presence on the property, whether supervised or unsupervised.
